Rebecca Kastin’s motto is to coach, inform and empower you to live life to the fullest. Her goal is to make healthy choices easy for you through a whole-person-centered approach to radiant health and lifestyle management, by giving you the tools  you need to create a higher quality of life and discover the best version of yourself.

Rebecca helps you create sustainable, lasting change through Dynamic Eating Psychology, Mind Body Nutrition, whole food, and lifestyle changes. This is a philosophy that makes you the expert on your body’s innate nutritional needs.

Her process promotes excellent health and is your doorway to liberation from the prison of diet culture and weight obsession, creating space and renewing your energy to pursue your dreams, access your fullest potential and love yourself completely.

Rebecca’s compassionate, loving approach to wellness comes from decades of personal experience and her struggles to overcome her unhealthy relationship with food.

Rebecca graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is an NBC-HWC National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She is a Hormone Health Specialist and is currently a student at The Institute for the Psychology of Eating. She is a 200-hour Vinyasa Krama teacher, has authored her first cookbook, “For The Love Of Real Food,” and is the mother to 3 beautiful, empowered daughters.

When Rebecca is not teaching or coaching, you can find her practicing yoga, traveling, and leading workshops to promote her ultimate message of living a healthy, balanced life.
