EMILY’S PHILOSOPHY
Beauty is not just skin deep, it’s a feeling and emotion. It’s generated from the inside out. When our inner beauty matches our outer beauty, we radiate joy and self-confidence. It’s my job to use my skills and expertise to align these two notions of beauty with treating not just the aging skin or wrinkles but the whole individual.
I create custom-tailored treatment plans for each patient that we typically carry out stepwise over 6 – 12 months. The goal is not to change who you are but to make you look and feel like a younger version of yourself. Because my aim is natural appearing results, I incorporate regenerative medical aesthetics as a key component to my plans. The goal is not just to mask the aging face but to improve the quality of the skin and slow the facial aging process. You should still look like yourself, just younger and refreshed.
When I’m not creating and restoring beauty for patients at PUR-FORM, I fill my free time with hiking, time in nature, going to the beach, exercising, doing hot yoga, traveling, biking, and spending quality time with my eight-year-old daughter.

Emily Carr, MMS, PA-C
Emily Carr is a state-licensed and board-certified physician assistant specializing in medical aesthetics with a regenerative approach. Originally from Chicago, Emily received her undergraduate degree in psychology from DePaul University. She went on to work as an EMT in the ambulance to obtain the required patient care experience before applying to physician assistant school.
Emily graduated with a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University and went on to become a neurosurgery physician assistant for four years before moving into medical aesthetics and plastic surgery. In addition to the continued learning of the latest techniques and technologies, Emily also holds certifications with NCCPA, The American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine (A4M), and the Esthetic Skin Institute of Florida.
