My Philosophy

Your body is a self-healing organism; in fact, all living things have the ability to heal naturally. Our goal is to guide your body to reach its own natural balance, focusing on individualism and the relationship between mind, body, and spirit.

Currently, traditional healthcare presents itself as a revolving door. Symptoms are managed, but unfortunately, disease and illness prevail. Something is missing.

Chronic Conditions such as...

  • heart disease
  • high blood pressure
  • high cholesterol
  • cancer
  • stress related illnesses
  • diabetes

...remain the leading causes of death in the United States.

Many individuals also continue to suffer from unexplained symptoms related to:

  • autoimmunity
  • metabolism dysfunction
  • inflammation issues
  • hormonal imbalance
  • mental illness

Healthcare’s current “one size fits all” approach falls short and rarely accounts for personal differences. I stepped into the world of functional medicine after feeling disconnected from our current healthcare model professionally and personally.

This is why I am excited and proud of my accomplishments here at PUR-FORM by The Institute, where we put into practice a renewed perspective and bridge the gaps that currently exist in patient care. I believe deeply in being proactive about our health and creating an environment for collective healing.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me hiking, biking, climbing, practicing yoga and enjoying various outdoor activities. I also love coming up with fun new recipes with my family!
