  • Free initial health coaching consultation

    You are eligible for a free consultation with our National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach to discuss your health concerns and see if health coaching is the right fit for you. Our provider will meet with you in person or virtually.


    Based on your specific concerns, our health coach will work with you to create a personalized plan. You will discuss lifestyle modifications such as diet, exercise, stress management and mindfulness.

  • Weekly check-ins

    You will follow the care-plan and have weekly support from our health coach to discuss any difficulties you are having, update your plan and create new goals.

  • Accountability and Support

    We use a platform to help keep you accountable by logging your food, movement, digestion, water intake and mood that is reviewed by our Health Coach daily.

  • Evaluation

    We measure progress by using SMART goals. SMART stands for specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. SMART goals help you set clear and realistic objectives, track and evaluate performance, and celebrate achievements.

  • Goal Achievements

    Have a personalized, realistic, and easy action plan based on your individual results so that you are excited. Feel confident in yourself and your ability to be successful in completing the plan that we have co-created. Ultimately, love the body that you live in!

How long is the health coaching program?

Our health coaching program starts with 12 sessions, after the initial 12 sessions you can continue with our health coach or come in for check-in’s when you need additional support.

What should I bring to my initial health coaching consultation?

Think about your current lifestyle and goals and have an open mind on how we can reach those goals together. Bring a list of any known allergies or intolerances so our health coach can start working on a plan that is right for you.
