    Start with a 7–9 minute session in the sauna, allowing your body to adapt to the heat. Transition to the cold plunge, set at a brisk 48°F, for 1–3 minutes to stimulate recovery and circulation. Repeat the cycle to maximize benefits.
  3. Preparing for Your Session
    Bring your bathing suit or clothes you are comfortable getting wet. We provide specialized gear to keep your extremities warm so you can get the most out of your session. We also have a locker room with showers and body products for your convenience following your session.
