For Peggy, wellness has always been about balance. “They’re like, oh, well you’re the granola girl meets the glam girl,” she laughed. “Because, you know, I’m kind of granola when it comes to all that, where it’s like, you know, holistic. But then, you know, I have fake boobs… and I do Botox. And I’m like, well, because I feel like beauty’s from the inside out. So if you feel good on the inside, then you look better on the outside.”

Peggy embodies the idea that beauty and health are interconnected, that caring for your body and mind is what truly radiates outward.

Natural Beauty and Daily Rituals

Her daily routines are a reflection of her long-term commitment to natural wellness. “I think what really has helped me to stay looking this good is I’ve been doing a lot of gua and lymphatic massage on my face,” she explained. She also incorporates gua sha, facial taping, and silicone pads into her nightly skincare routine, emphasizing consistency and care.

“It’s not about perfection,” she shared. “It’s about finding what makes you feel good and doing it every day.”

Advocating for Preventive Health

Peggy has long been outspoken about women’s health and the importance of early detection. She discussed her choice to use ultrasound and thermography as alternatives to traditional mammograms. “With an ultrasound, it’s gonna detect pretty much 90% probably of everything. And if it doesn’t or it sees something a little weird, then you would take the next step, which would be an MRI,” she explained.

Her goal is to open up conversations about preventive care and empower women with knowledge. 

Wellness as a Family Foundation

Peggy’s dedication to wellness extends to her family, who have embraced healthy living alongside her. She shared how her household has evolved as her children have become more conscious of nutrition and health. “It’s changed the way we eat, the way we think, and how we approach what we put in our bodies,” she said.

As a mother, Peggy takes pride in the example she sets. “It’s not always easy,” she admitted, “but seeing your kids care about their health makes everything worth it.” Her influence has shaped a household that values balance, mindfulness, and intentional living.

Living with Gratitude

For Peggy, gratitude is the foundation of wellness. After battling post-partum depression, she learned the importance of maintaining a mindset of positivity. “I try to always stay in a place of gratefulness,” she said. When negative thoughts arise, she immediately redirects. “If you start to even start thinking negatively about it right away… it’ll change it. I immediately just start like in my head, I’ll list like 10 things I’m grateful for.”

She finds strength in staying present, drawing inspiration from The Power of Now. “We only have right now… and if you worry too much about the future, you’re not really enjoying the now.”
