We’re excited to introduce our new Lead Aesthetic Injector, Emily Carr!
Emily is originally from Chicago and she received her undergraduate degree in psychology from DePaul University in 2008. She went on to work as an EMT on the ambulance to obtain required patient care experience prior to applying to physician assistant school.
Emily’s deep desire to practice meaningful medicine and create beauty inside and out of patients’ bodies eventually guided her to practice medical aesthetics and plastic surgery. Guided by a desire for a more regenerative approach, Emily joined the team at PUR-FORM by The Institute. Emily is certified by The American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine (A4M) and Esthetic Skin Institute of Florida and has continuously maintained her NCCPA certification and Florida Department of Health licensure as a PA-C.
“I am so excited to be at PUR-FORM,” Emily said. “Dr. Purita is an inspiring man and is full of wonderful ideas. It’s been great to collaborate with him and the rest of the team. I’m looking forward to combining medical aesthetics with the best of regenerative medicine for our patients.”
Emily is highly committed to her health and improving the health and wellbeing of her family and community. When she is not creating and restoring beauty for patients at PUR-FORM by The Institute, Emily fills her free time with hiking, time in nature, going to the beach, exercise, hot yoga, traveling, biking, and spending quality time with her eight-year-old daughter.
