Carly Walker, founder of The Energy Alchemy Method, teaches something many of us were never shown: how to return to ourselves. As an intuitive soul guidance coach, she helps people reconnect with the wisdom beneath their thoughts… the part that knows what they desire, what they fear, and what they’re capable of becoming.
In this conversation, Carly opens up about intuition, motherhood, belief systems, and the energetic patterns that shape our lives. She shares her manifestation framework, reflects on spiritual balance, and reminds us that personal growth begins with radical responsibility.
The Language of Intuition
For Carly, intuition isn’t mysterious… it’s practical. “Your intuition is only as good as the questions that you ask yourself,” she explained. “Where I am, where do I wanna go, do I have belief systems that are blocking me from getting there?”
Her coaching centers on coming back to oneself. “It’s all about realigning and reevaluating,” she said. “It’s not about bypassing and trying to think positive all the time. I really invite people to take radical responsibility over where they are. Owning the good, owning the bad. And when you do that, you take your power back.”
Her connection to intuition began young. “I always had this feeling that there was something bigger than us,” she shared. “There’s this energy or universe that’s woven into all of us and it’s crazy to not feel like you can be in touch with it.”
Belief Systems and the Power of Self-Worth
Much of Carly’s work involves uncovering patterns that quietly guide our decisions. “Most people are trying to grasp at this version of themselves that they feel inside that exists, but they have no idea how to get there,” she said. “I like to be the bridge that helps them get there.”
She shared a story about a client manifesting a relationship. “We had to sit down and work on what they believed was possible for them. They know what they don’t want because they’ve already experienced it. I try to help them get their energy ready to be open to receiving things that they don’t know that might be good for them.”
Her own experience mirrored that. “When I stopped dating and I was like, hey, you know what, I need to take a step back… I also met my husband two weeks later.”
Manifestation as Embodiment
For Carly, manifestation is more than vision boards, it’s identity work. “First would be clarity,” she said. “Get clear – what do you want?”
Then comes embodiment: “What are the qualities, the feelings, the attributes of the person that has those things? How can I embody it right now in this moment?”
After embodiment is surrender. “You can’t control when it’s gonna come in, but just know that when you shift your belief systems, it’s gonna come in. You just have to trust.”
And finally, appreciation. “Stepping into the energy of appreciation puts you into the energy of love and then it automatically attracts the things that you want.”
She emphasizes balance, both earthly and spiritual. “It is okay to want the materialistic things,” she shared. “But you also have to balance it with your spiritual world… when you’re too in the woo, you’re ungrounded. When you’re too in the material, you’re empty. It’s all about finding your center.”
Boundaries, Energy, and Alignment
Carly speaks openly about the energetics of presence and the importance of protecting your own. “When you’re a recovering people pleaser like most of us are,” she said, “you kinda have to build structure around your life, what feels okay and what feels acceptable.”
She offered a grounding ritual for staying in your own energy. “I imagine a white light coming down from the top of my head and imagine roots coming out of my feet. So you’re connected to yourself, your highest self, and then you’re also grounded.”
As a leader, she explained, alignment matters. “As a leader you want to be in tune with how do I stick to myself? Even when there’s moments where I want to shift to make someone else feel comfortable.”
Where does real change begin? “If you take a pause and say, okay, I’m gonna make a little bit of a different choice that feels more aligned with the person I wanna become… you create those new neural pathways.”
Motherhood as Expansion
Motherhood deepened Carly’s presence and widened her sense of awe. “Motherhood is one of those journeys that cracks you open,” she said. “I just have this greater understanding at how fragile life is. And how every single moment, I just wanna be more present and more in tune.”
The transition has also been grounding. “I’m exactly in this slower period of time where I can plant my roots and rebuild my house and foundation for what the next level of my coaching practice is going to be.”
Motherhood didn’t just shift her personally — it shifted her work. “I’m in this weird phase of life where I want to expand, but then I also need to be present,” she said. “Presence is a big teacher.”
Joy, Authenticity, and the Human Side of Healing
Despite her intuitive depth, Carly sees joy as essential to spiritual work. “I am a very goofy person,” she laughed. “I just wanna be real and raw and authentic and joke. It doesn’t have to be that serious.”
Her intention is to bring more levity into her work. “We should focus on being around people that make us feel loved, accepted, and understood,” she said. “Laughing more in our everyday life, feeling good about ourselves, and feeling confident to go after the things that we want.”
For Carly, that joy is not optional — it’s medicine.
Returning to Yourself
Carly Walker’s message is a reminder that intuition isn’t something we gain, it’s something we return to. Through presence, clarity, and self-worth, she teaches that the answers we seek are already within us.
“When you take responsibility for where you are, you take your power back,” she said. “You just have to come home to yourself.”
